How do I place an Order?

To order, you need to add the products you like from our site to the cart. You can then complete your order by filling in the delivery information and making payment.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Orders are prepared individually. If you want to change your order, we offer the opportunity to change it within a maximum of 1 hour after placing your order. If your order has not started to be prepared, we can cancel your order.

How Can I Return a Product?

Returns of orders are only made for "damaged and broken" products. Before requesting a return, we kindly ask you to send us the picture of the product and the reason for your return via WhatsApp.
